Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that have been printed correctly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If your order arrives damaged or if we made an error in printing (e.g., wrong size, design, or product), please get in touch with us at [info@fastdtftransfer.com] within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s). We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or a refund.

Ensuring Print Quality

To ensure the best print quality, please carefully review your design and follow the guidelines we have provided before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in design or content provided by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five business days.   

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
