Using our DTF transfers is quick and easy. Follow these steps for optimal results:

1. Position Your Design: Carefully align the transfer on your item. While heat-resistant tape is generally not required for flat presses, it’s recommended for hats or ironing to keep the transfer in place.
2. Press: Set your press to 310°F (155°C) and apply medium pressure for 15 seconds. Avoid excessive heat to protect your garment. Always test first and use parchment paper or a protective sheet as a barrier.
3. Let it Cool, Then Peel: After pressing, allow the transfer to cool for 15-30 seconds. Begin peeling from one corner, ensuring the design adheres properly. If it doesn't, repress with more pressure and time, gradually increasing heat by 15°F if needed. Multiple presses won’t harm the transfer.
4. Final Press: Cover the design with parchment paper or a thin t-shirt layer and press for 15 seconds to soften, enhance durability, and reduce shine. For a shiny finish, use a protective guard sheet. To maintain quality, wash the garment inside out on cold and dry on low heat or hang to dry.
