UV DTF Printing

UV DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a process where designs are printed onto a transfer film using UV inks. The film is then transferred onto various materials, such as fabrics, wood, glass, and ceramics, using a heat press. This process results in high-quality, durable, and vibrant prints.

In UV DTF printing, the design is printed onto a special transfer film using UV-curable inks. After the design is printed, adhesive powder is applied to the ink, and the film is cured using UV light. The final step is transferring the design onto the desired material using a heat press.

The main difference is that UV DTF printing uses UV inks that cure under ultraviolet light. This makes the process faster and allows for stronger, more durable prints. UV DTF printing is also more versatile, as it can be used on a wider range of materials, including rigid surfaces like glass and metal.
